Fora is a travel startup in New York City, with a global mindset, set out to reimagine the travel advisor industry with fresh eyes - one that is modern, inclusive, and tech-enabled.
With a focus on immersive experiences, YEAR-ROUND conceptualized and executed a series of IRL events for Fora, starting with a high-impact event in Miami. The experience was hosted by travel expert and Fora Advisor, Ana Mari Rovirosa, in partnership with Esmé Miami Beach.
We secured the elevated rideshare partner, ALTO, to offset event production costs, along with in-kind partners like Ghia, Rosaluna, Bev, Topo Chico, Loops, Ceremonia, Vacation, Dripkit, Plus, and more. The 100+ person guest list was carefully curated to attract prospective travel advisors, particularly creatives and new-age travelers.

ACQUISITION RATE
As a direct result of our efforts, YEAR-ROUND achieved a 50% acquisition rate of travel advisors to the Fora platform.
